Incorrect information provided by the customer may result in booking delays, additional charges, or cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

Tour prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as communicated during booking.
Payment can be made through approved payment methods available on our website or provided by our team.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
Once confirmed, the agreed package price will remain unchanged unless government taxes, ferry charges, permit fees, or supplier costs increase.
Any additional services requested by the customer during the trip will be charged separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and supplier policies.

Typical cancellation charges may include:

More than 30 days before travel – Minimal administrative charges may apply.
15–30 days before travel – Partial cancellation charges.
Less than 15 days before travel – Higher cancellation charges.
No Show – Up to 100% cancellation charges.

The exact cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refund processing generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking process.
Government permit fees, transaction charges, ferry cancellation charges, and non-refundable hotel bookings may not be refundable.

7. Changes by Customer

Customers requesting modifications after confirmation may incur additional charges depending on:

Ferry availability

We will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

8. Changes by Coral Quest Tours

In rare situations, we may need to modify the itinerary due to:

9. Weather and Force Majeure

The Andaman & Nicobar Islands are subject to weather conditions that may affect:

Heavy rainfall
Rough sea conditions

Any additional expenses arising from such events shall be borne by the traveler.

10. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents required during travel.

Foreign nationals are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, passport, and permit requirements.

11. Health & Safety

Travelers should:

Follow instructions provided by guides and tour coordinators.
Follow safety rules during water sports and adventure activities.
Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

Coral Quest Tours acts as a booking agent for hotels, ferries, transport providers, and activity operators.

We are not responsible for:

Flight delays or cancellations
Ferry delays
Hotel service issues
Loss of baggage
Theft
Personal injury
Illness
Accidents
Actions of third-party service providers
Events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Coral Quest Tours for the booked services.
